These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”, or “your”) and NFORSHIFU LOGICFORGE LTD (CAC-registered company in Nigeria, hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”), operating under the NFORSHIFU234 Dev brand.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our Services, including:

• Open-source libraries and tools (e.g., nfsfu234-form-validation, nfsfu234-tour-guide)
• Any related content, APIs, documentation, support, or features we provide (collectively, the “Services”)

WishIT is a separate product governed by its own Terms of Service at https://wish-it.app/legal/terms, which supplement these Terms for WishIT-specific use. Refer to WishIT\'s terms for platform-specific rules (e.g., user-generated tributes, subscriptions).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services (including downloading libraries or submitting inquiries), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms (plus any specific licenses or WishIT terms) are the full agreement.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.

• Force Majeure: Not liable for events beyond control (e.g., acts of God, war).
