Milestone Unlocked: NFORSHIFU234 Dev Now Operates Under NFORSHIFU LOGICFORGE LTD (CAC-Registered)

Hello everyone — Nyuiring-yoh Rhagninyui Shifu-Nfor here. 😎

Big news today: NFORSHIFU234 Dev is now officially operating under NFORSHIFU LOGICFORGE LTD, a fully registered limited liability company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 🇳🇬.

This doesn’t change what we do — it just gives everything we’ve built a stronger, more structured foundation 💪✨.

Looking Back at How We Got Here ⏳

2019
Late-night coding sessions 🌙💻, learning full-stack development, experimenting with small tools, and building my skills. No brand yet — just grinding.

2020
The name NFORSHIFU234 Dev was born 💡. It became the identity I needed to freelance, share projects, and start building my presence as a developer.

2025
Big moves:

• Bought the nforshifu234dev.com domain 🌐

• Launched WishIT (https://wish-it.app), our platform for creating personalised digital tributes 🎁💖

• Started working on HealthHub AI (healthhub.nforshifu234dev.com) as my personal final year project 🧠 (still exploring how far to take it)

2026
CAC registration ✅ completed in February. NFORSHIFU LOGICFORGE LTD is now the legal parent company, while NFORSHIFU234 Dev continues as the creative and technical brand — building products like WishIT, releasing open-source tools 🌟, sharing knowledge 🧠, and supporting creators and startups 🚀.

What This Means for You ✨

• Greater Trust and Clarity
Clients, collaborators, and partners now work with a registered entity 🏢 — making contracts, NDAs, payments 💵, and IP ownership more straightforward and secure 🔒.
• Improved Stability and Protection
Limited liability separates business operations from personal assets 🛡️ — a standard step for any serious, growing operation.
• More Room to Grow
Easier to hire talent 👥, form global partnerships 🌍, explore funding opportunities 💰, and expand services — all while staying true to our practical, Naija-to-global approach 🇳🇬➡️🌐.
• The Same Core Focus
We’re still committed to clean code 🧹💻, automation tools 🤖, open-source contributions 🌟, WishIT updates 🎁, tech education 🧠, and delivering real value 💯. The only difference is a more solid structure behind it 🏗️.

You’ll see this reflected in our updated legal pages 📜 — Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy 🍪, Accessibility Statement ♿, and Copyright & DMCA Policy — all available at /legal.
